A clear juxtaposition between heavy mass and lightness where sustainable concrete and innovative engineering create a minimal architectural composition. The cantilevered first floor frames the entry, highlighting the bold contrast between the solid structure and glazing.

Clean lines and uninterrupted planes emphasize the interplay between natural light and shadow, enhancing the dynamic relationship between the built environment and its surroundings.

As part of the project brief, the house boasts five spacious bedrooms and a dramatic double-height hero living space. A striking freestanding concrete staircase will serve as a sculptural centerpiece, seamlessly connecting the levels. The design also incorporates a landscaped garden and a thoughtfully positioned lightwell, flooding the interiors with natural light and creating a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
